The Central Valley Bears held off the visiting Mead Panthers soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Friday's league match.
The Bears now sport a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cheney for a 3A/4A Greater Spokane match on Wednesday, March 30. Central Valley will encounter a Blackhawks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pullman (Pullman, WA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-7.
