In Friday's non-league contest, the Ballard Beavers (Seattle, WA) softball team overwhelmed the host Shorecrest Scots (Seattle, WA), by a margin of 13-1.
With the triumph, Ballard moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Beavers travel to Garfield (Seattle, WA) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A Metro contest on Tuesday, March 29. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 2-2. Garfield lost 22-1 in their recent non-league contest against Juanita (Kirkland, WA)
In their next game, the Scots play the Kamiak Knights (Mukilteo, WA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 28. Shorecrest will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 20-10 non-league win over Marysville-Pilchuck (Marysville, WA).
