The Bath County Wildcats routed the visiting Bishop Brossart Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 10-5 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Wildcats (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Scott (Covington, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Scott held off Prestonsburg (Prestonsburg, KY), 10-5, in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Henry Clay for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 26. Bishop Brossart will confront a Blue Devils squad coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Bath County (Owingsville, KY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-5.
