Carbon Hill Bulldogs (Carbon Hill, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Paul W. Bryant Stampede (Cottondale, AL), 19-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now sport a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Lamar for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 25. Carbon Hill will face a Stallions squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Stallions record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Paul W. Bryant falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Stampede travel to Central (Tuscaloosa, AL) to face the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 28. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Central won 11-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Holt (Holt, AL)
