The Crestwood Comets softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans to 1 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Crestwood moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Comets travel to Honesdale (Honesdale, PA) to play the Hornets in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 29. The Hornets come into the game with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Trojans play the Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 30. Greater Nanticoke Area will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
