Karns Beavers (Knoxville, TN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN), 6-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Beavers now own a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Livingston Academy for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 25. Karns will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Cookeville (Cookeville, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Upperman falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bees travel to Farragut (Knoxville, TN) to battle the Admirals in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 26. The Admirals enter the challenge with a record of 9-1. Farragut 3-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Franklin County (Winchester, TN)
