Utah High School Softball - Viewmont bounces Skyline

The Viewmont Vikings routed the host Skyline Eagles softball squad by a final score of 17-0 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Vikings (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sky View (Smithfield, UT). The Bobcats go into the non-league battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Sky View topped Woods Cross (Woods Cross, UT), 13-5, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Park City for a 5A Region 6 battle on Tuesday, March 29. Skyline will meet a Miners squad coming off a 18-1 non-league loss to Viewmont (Bountiful, UT). The Miners record now stands at 1-2.
