The Washington Panthers crushed the visiting Jacksonville Crimsons baseball team by a count of 11-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Eureka for a non-league bout on Monday, March 27. Washington will face a Hornets team coming off a 14-4 non-league win over Midwest Central (Manito, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 2-1.
Next, the Crimsons face the PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central Bluejays (Petersburg, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 27. Jacksonville will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Bluejays enter the bout with a 5-1 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Midland (Varna, IL).
