The St. Paul Swordsmen volleyball team (Santa Fe Springs, CA), lost 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host San Gabriel Matadors (San Gabriel, CA)

The Matadors (15-3) will now prepare for their battle against Arcadia (Arcadia, CA). The Apaches come into the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Arcadia achieved victory over Pasadena (Pasadena, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Swordsmen clash with the St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA) in a Santa Fe battle, on Tuesday, March 28. St. Paul will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Valiants come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA).
