The Lovett Lions lacrosse team scored 6 points and held the host Etowah Eagles to 2 in the Lions non-league win on Saturday.
The Lions (7-5) will now prepare for their match against South Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The War Eagles go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, South Forsyth was overwhelmed by Woodstock (Woodstock, GA), 8-2, in a non-league match.
The Eagles (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA). The Raiders go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Alpharetta nudged Pope (Marietta, GA), 8-7, in a non-league match.
