The Academic Magnet Raptors lacrosse squad (North Charleston, SC), was overwhelmed 13-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC)
Coming up next, the Sabres meet the Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) in a Southwestern/So Meck challenge, on Thursday, March 30. South Mecklenburg will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record.
The Raptors now sport a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bluffton for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27. Academic Magnet will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 18-1 league loss to Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-6.
