Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pacifica for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 27. Millikan will face a Mariners squad coming off a 9-0 non-league win over El Modena (Orange, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 10-0.

With the loss, St. Paul falls to 8-6 on the campaign. The Swordsmen travel to La Serna (Whittier, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 7. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 3-1.
