The Ponderosa Bruins softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Oak Ridge Trojans to 0 in the Bruins non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Ponderosa improves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Bruins travel to Inderkum (Sacramento, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 28. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 0-3. Inderkum lost 23-3 in their recent league game against Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA)

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) in a game, on Monday, March 27. Oak Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 5-1 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA).
