In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Southmoore SaberCats soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Clinton Red Tornadoes.
The SaberCats (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Edmond Memorial (Edmond, OK). The Bulldogs come into the 6A District 3 battle with a 2-0 record.
The Red Tornadoes (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Elk City (Elk City, OK). The Elks come into the 4A District 2 battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Elk City nudged Cordell (Cordell, OK), 11-1, in a non-league battle.
