Arkansas High School Softball - East Poinsett County tipped by Brighton

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Brighton Cardinals (Brighton, TN) softball team the host East Poinsett County Warriors (Lepanto, AR), by a margin of 6-4.

With the triumph, Brighton moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Senatobia (Senatobia, MS) to play the Warriors in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 25. The Warriors come into the contest with a record of 2-2.

In their next game, the Warriors play the Cross County Thunderbirds (Cherry Valley, AR) in a 2A-3 contest, on Monday, March 27. East Poinsett County will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 20-2 league loss to East Poinsett County (Lepanto, AR).
