The Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) softball the host South Grand Prairie Warriors (Grand Prairie, TX), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Zebras (24-1) will now prepare for their bout against Maypearl (Maypearl, TX). The Panthers go into the 3A Region III District 17 bout with a 7-8 record. In their last bout, Maypearl by West (West, TX), 10-2, in a league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 17-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lamar for a 6A Region I District 8 bout on Tuesday, March 28. South Grand Prairie will confront a Vikings squad coming off a 17-2 league loss to Arlington (Arlington, TX). The Vikings record now stands at 0-7.
