New Mexico High School Softball - Santa Rosa bounces St. Michael's

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) and the visiting St. Michael's Horsemen (Santa Fe, NM), witnessed Santa Rosa's softball squad tip St. Michael's by a count of 15-9.

The Lions now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to San Jon for a non-league match on Monday, March 27.

With the loss, St. Michael's moves to 3-3 on the season. The Horsemen travel to West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM) to face the Dons in a 3A District 2 match on Tuesday, March 28. The Dons go into the match with a record of 1-3. West Las Vegas lost 11-0 in their recent non-league match against Santa Fe Indian (Santa Fe, NM)
