The North East Grape Pickers baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Corry Beavers to 8 in the Grape Pickers non-league victory on Monday.
The Grape Pickers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against General McLane (Edinboro, PA). The Lancers go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record.
The Beavers (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Titusville (Titusville, PA). The Rockets go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Titusville was overwhelmed by Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN), 14-5, in a non-league match.
