The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) and the host Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC), saw Apex Friendship's lacrosse team gain a win over Topsail by a margin of 9-6.
The Patriots (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Jaguars enter the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Athens Drive edged New Bern (New Bern, NC), 20-4, in a non-league challenge.
The Pirates (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against North Brunswick (Leland, NC). The Scorpions enter the Mideastern challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, North Brunswick by Laney (Wilmington, NC), 17-1, in a league challenge.
