Virginia High School Lacrosse - Monacan drops to Glen Allen

In Monday's non-league test, the visiting Glen Allen Jaguars lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-3 victory over the Monacan Chiefs.
The Jaguars now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Freeman for a Colonial test on Thursday, March 28. Glen Allen will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 14-3 non-league win over James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-0.
In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) in a Dominion battle, on Wednesday, March 27. Monacan will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA).
