Savannah Country Day Hornets (Savannah, GA) followers exited the stadium content Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Grovetown Warriors (Grovetown, GA), 15-2 in a non-league battle.
The Hornets now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Effingham County for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 26. Savannah Country Day will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 3-5.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 27. Grovetown will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Fighting Green Hornets come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 16-0 league win over Westside (Anderson, SC).
