In Monday's non-league test, the host Mount Sinai Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-9 victory over the West Babylon Eagles.

The Mustangs now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Kings Park for a Section 11 II battle on Wednesday, March 27. Mount Sinai will clash with a Kingsmen squad coming off a 20-2 league win over Bellport (Brookhaven, NY). The Kingsmen record now stands at 2-0.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Eastport-South Manor Sharks (Manorville, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 27. West Babylon will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Sharks come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 11-5 league win over Port Jefferson (Port Jefferson, NY).
