North Muskegon Norsemen (North Muskegon, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Calvin Christian Squires (Grandville, MI), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Norsemen now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fruitport for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 26.
With the loss, Calvin Christian falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Squires travel to Kalamazoo Christian (Kalamazoo, MI) to face the Comets in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 27. The Comets enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
