North Carolina High School Softball - Porter Ridge gets by Lee Park Prep

March 25, 2024: Monroe, NC 28110

The Porter Ridge Pirates got by the host Lee Park Prep Knights softball squad by a count of 8-7 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Pirates (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC). The Cavaliers go into the Southern Carolina 4A battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Cuthbertson was edged by Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 10-0, in a league battle.

The Knights now sport a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Forsyth Home Educators for a battle on Tuesday, March 26. Lee Park Prep will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 4-5.
