The South Plaquemines Hurricanes routed the visiting New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 19-0 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Hurricanes (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against John Ehret (Marrero, LA). The Patriots go into the non-league battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, John Ehret topped South Lafourche (Galliano, LA), 12-2, in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now sport a 1-7 record. They play next when they host McDonogh 35 for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 27. New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy will meet a Roneagles squad coming off a 24-12 league loss to Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA). The Roneagles record now stands at 9-3.
