The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Station Camp Bison (Gallatin, TN) and the visiting Springfield Yellow Jackets (Springfield, TN), saw Station Camp's softball squad nip Springfield by a count of 8-5.

The Bison now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host White House for a 3A District 9 match on Wednesday, March 27. Station Camp will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Saint James (Montgomery, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Springfield falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets host Clarksville (Clarksville, TN) to face the Wildcats in a 4A District 7 match on Tuesday, March 26. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 6-3. Clarksville lost 6-4 in their recent non-league match against Dickson County (Dickson, TN)
