The Charleston Catholic Irish (Charleston, WV) baseball trounced the visiting Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WV), 13-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Irish now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Chapmanville Regional for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 27.
With the defeat, Buffalo drops to 0-4 on the year. The Bison travel to Point Pleasant (Point Pleasant, WV) to clash with the Big Blacks in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Big Blacks go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Point Pleasant lost 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against George Washington (Charleston, WV)
