In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Central Bulldogs baseball team scored a close 8-1 win over the Iberia Rangers.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Mansfield (Mansfield, MO). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Mansfield was overwhelmed by Thayer (Thayer, MO), 6-5, in a non-league game.
Next, the Rangers play the St. Elizabeth Hornets (St. Elizabeth, MO) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 27. Iberia will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Hornets go into the game with a 1-3 record after their 11-1 league win over Jamestown (Jamestown, MO).
