Grand Junction Central Warriors (Grand Junction, CO) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Bayfield Wolverines (Bayfield, CO), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Grand Junction Central moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO) to meet the Wildcats in a 4A/5A Southwestern test on Thursday, March 27. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 3-2. Fruita Monument won 3-0 in their recent league test against Palisade (Palisade, CO)

The Wolverines now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Telluride for a non-league test on Saturday, March 29. Bayfield will meet a Miners team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO). The Miners record now stands at 1-5.
