In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Lakeland Cavaliers baseball team scored a nice 19-6 win over the Norfolk Academy Bulldogs.
The Cavaliers (2-1) will now prepare for their game against King's Fork (Suffolk, VA). The Bulldogs go into the game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, King's Fork was overwhelmed by Deep Creek (Chesapeake, VA), 11-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs play the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) in a game, on Monday, April 7. Norfolk Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the game with a 0-3 record after their 11-1 league loss to Cape Henry Collegiate (Virginia Beach, VA).
