The Lovett Lions lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the host Marist War Eagles to 2 in the Lions non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lions now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host St. Pius X Catholic for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. Lovett will clash with a Golden Lions squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Midtown (Atlanta, GA). The Golden Lions record now stands at 5-5.

With the loss, Marist falls to 5-4 on the year. The War eagles host Westminster (Atlanta, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Westminster won 6-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA)
