In Tuesday's non-league test, the Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Non JV Opponent (, ), by a tally of 13-4.
Next, the Vaqueros clash with the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 28. Fernley will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 5-0 record after their 8-5 non-league win over Douglas (Minden, NV).
