Georgia High School Soccer - Central Gwinnett held off by Apalachee

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) soccer team edged the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA), by a count of 3-2.

Next, the Wildcats battle the Clarke Central Gladiators (Athens, GA) in a 5A Area 8 contest, on Friday, March 28. Apalachee will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record.

The Black Knights (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Dacula (Dacula, GA). The Falcons enter the 6A Area 8 contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Dacula was nipped by Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA), 3-0, in a league contest.
