The Houma Christian Warriors overwhelmed the visiting Catholic - N.I. Panthers softball squad by a count of 11-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Warriors meet the Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 26. Houma Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 9-8 season record. The Braves go into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 15-2 league loss to Hahnville (Boutte, LA).
The Panthers (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Sacred Heart (Ville Platte, LA). The Trojans go into the non-league challenge with a 12-8 record. In their last challenge, Sacred Heart was routed by Albany (Albany, LA), 5-4, in a non-league challenge.
