Pennsylvania High School Softball - Conemaugh Township drops to Purchase Line

Purchase Line Red Dragons (Commodore, PA) supporters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA), 17-2 in a league game.

With the triumph, Purchase Line improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Red Dragons host Cambria Heights (Patton, PA) to face the Highlanders in a Heritage game on Thursday, March 27. The Highlanders enter the game with a record of 2-1. Cambria Heights lost 14-6 in their recent league game against River Valley (Blairsville, PA)

The Indians now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Shamokin for a Heritage game on Thursday, March 27. Conemaugh Township will face a Wolves squad coming off a 18-7 league win over Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA). The Wolves record now stands at 4-1.
