The McLane Highlanders overwhelmed the host Firebaugh Eagles softball squad by a count of 10-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Highlanders meet the Immanuel Eagles (Reedley, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 27. McLane will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 8-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA).
The Eagles (1-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Sierra (Tollhouse, CA). The Chieftains go into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record.
