In Tuesday's non-league test, the South Umpqua Lancers (Myrtle Creek, OR) softball squad overwhelmed the host Junction City Tigers (Junction City, OR), by a count of 10-0.
Next, the Lancers meet the Pleasant Hill Billies (Pleasant Hill, OR) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 29. South Umpqua will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Glide (Glide, OR). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Glide toppled North Valley (Grants Pass, OR), 8-5, in a non-league test.
