The Westview Chargers baseball squad (Martin, TN), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Boaz Pirates (Boaz, AL)

With the triumph, Boaz improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Pirates host Grissom (Huntsville, AL) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, March 28. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 5-11.

Next, the Chargers face the Union City Golden Tornadoes (Union City, TN) in a 2A District 12 game, on Monday, March 30. Westview will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record.
