California High School Baseball - Fairfax sneaks past Marquez

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Fairfax Lions baseball team scored a close 5-4 victory over the Marquez Gladiators.

The Lions (6-5) will now prepare for their game against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets enter the Western game with a 4-8 record.

Next, the Gladiators face the Fremont Pathfinders (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 30. Marquez will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Pathfinders enter the game with a 8-4 record after their 2-1 league loss to Harbor Teacher (Wilmington, CA).
