California High School Baseball - Paramount held off by Downey

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Downey Vikings baseball team scored a close 3-1 win over the Paramount Pirates.

The Vikings (5-0) will now prepare for their game against Claremont (Claremont, CA). The Wolfpack go into the non-league game with a 5-8 record. In their last game, Claremont nudged Rowland (Rowland Heights, CA), 6-3, in a non-league game.
