Michigan High School Lacrosse - Brighton can't get by East Grand Rapids

East Grand Rapids Pioneers (Grand Rapids, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI), 9-8 in a non-league test.
The Pioneers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Okemos for a non-league test on Saturday, March 27.
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the Lincoln Railsplitters (Ypsilanti, MI) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 7. Brighton will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
