Idaho High School Baseball - Capital wallops Thunder Ridge

Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Capital Golden Eagles (Boise, ID) and the visiting Thunder Ridge Titans (Idaho Falls, ID), saw Capital's baseball squad knock off Thunder Ridge by a count of 13-3.

Coming up next, the Golden Eagles play the Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho battle, on Tuesday, March 29. Capital will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Mavericks enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Yamhill-Carlton (Yamhill, OR).

The Titans now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Madison for a 5A High Country battle on Wednesday, March 30. Thunder Ridge will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 20-7 non-league loss to Lewiston (Lewiston, ID). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-4.
