The Chardon Hilltoppers crushed the visiting Deer Lakes Lancers baseball team by a count of 15-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Hilltoppers now possess a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Brush for a non-league bout on Monday, April 4.

Next, the Lancers face the Penn Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 26. Deer Lakes will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA).
