Dexter Demons (Dexter, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM), 8-4 in a non-league test.
With the win, Dexter upgrades its record to 1-8 on the season. The Demons travel to Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM) to battle the Sundevils in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 29. The Sundevils come into the test with a record of 7-4. Sandia Prep won 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Portales (Portales, NM)
With the defeat, Hatch Valley falls to 2-9 on the season. The Bears host Tularosa (Tularosa, NM) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, April 1. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 5-4.
