The Erath Bobcats got by the visiting Eunice Bobcats baseball team by a count of 8-7 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bobcats now possess a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host David Thibodaux for a 5A District 7 bout on Tuesday, March 29. Erath will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-5 league loss to Crowley (Crowley, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-4.
Next, the Bobcats face the Washington-Marion Charging Indians (Lake Charles, LA) in a 4A District 4 bout, on Tuesday, March 29. Eunice will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Charging Indians enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Northside (Lafayette, LA).
