In Saturday's non-league game, the host Grand County Red Devils baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Montezuma-Cortez Panthers.

The Red Devils (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Carbon (Price, UT). The Dinos go into the 3A Region 12 game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Carbon tipped Juab (Nephi, UT), 16-6, in a non-league game.
