Virginia High School Lacrosse - Collegiate drops to Cardinal Gibbons

Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA), 18-5 in a non-league battle.
The Crusaders now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Broughton for a CAP 6 battle on Monday, March 28. Cardinal Gibbons will clash with a Capitals squad coming off a 16-11 non-league win over Hoggard (Wilmington, NC). The Capitals record now stands at 5-4.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 29. Collegiate will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Maroon come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 21-5 non-league loss to St. Anne's-Belfield (Charlottesville, VA).
