In Saturday's non-league game, the host Norco Cougars baseball team scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Yucaipa Thunderbirds.
The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Ontario Christian (Ontario, CA). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 5-3 record.
The Thunderbirds (11-2) will now prepare for their game against Redlands (Redlands, CA). The Terriers go into the game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Redlands tipped Cajon (San Bernardino, CA), 13-12, in a league game.
