Washington High School Softball - Bellevue holds off Pe Ell/Willapa Valley

March 26, 2022: Bellevue, WA 98004

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Bellevue Wolverines (Bellevue, WA) and the visiting Pe Ell/Willapa Valley (Menlo, WA), witnessed Bellevue's softball squad tip Pe Ell/Willapa Valley by a count of 3-1.

The Wolverines now sport a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hazen for a 3A KingCo match on Monday, March 28. Bellevue will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 5-5 non-league Jefferson (Auburn, WA). The Highlanders record now stands at 0-0.

With the loss, Pe Ell/Willapa Valley moves to 2-2 on the season. The travel to Raymond (Raymond, WA) to meet the Seagulls in a 2B Pacific match on Tuesday, March 29. The Seagulls go into the match with a record of 4-1. Raymond won 9-7 in their recent non-league match against Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA)
