The Mariners now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Pamlico County for a Coastal Plains 1A/2A match on Tuesday, March 29. East Carteret will face a Hurricanes squad coming off a 22-0 league win over Lejeune (Camp Lejeune, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Cambridge Springs falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Devils travel to West Carteret (Morehead City, NC) to face the Patriots in a non-league match on Saturday, March 26. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 3-3. West Carteret won 3-1 in their recent league match against Richlands (Richlands, NC)
